Terms and Condition.
By booking or using our photobooth services, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your booking or payment.
1. Bookings & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement (if applicable).
Prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Client: Upon signature, the vendor reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that specific time and date. There shall be no refund of any retainer or deposit after 48 hours from signing of this agreement.
Cancellation by Vendor: The Vendor reserves the right to cancel the service for any reason, with a full refund of all payments made by the Client.
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), a full refund will be issued. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
3. Service Time & Setup
Client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue at least [e.g., 60 minutes] prior to booth start time for setup.
Idle time (when the booth is set up but not in use) may incur an additional fee.
Booth time begins and ends at the scheduled times, regardless of late venue access or client delays.
4. Unattended Booths (Drop-Off)
Client assumes full responsibility for the booth while it is unattended.
Client must ensure the booth is kept in a safe, indoor location.
Any damage, theft, or technical issues caused by misuse or neglect may result in additional fees.
5. Damage & Liability
Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or event conditions.
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the use of our services.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims resulting from the use of our photobooth services.
6. Photo Use & Guest Consent
By using the booth, guests consent to having their photos taken and saved.
Unless requested otherwise, we reserve the right to use event photos for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.
Clients may opt out of photo sharing by emailing us in advance.
7. Technical Issues
While we take every precaution, technical failures (e.g., printer jams, camera issues, internet outages) can occur.
In the rare event of failure, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund based on lost time.
No refund will be provided for issues caused by venue conditions (e.g., no power, no Wi-Fi, extreme temperatures).
8. Event Conduct
We reserve the right to stop service if the booth or our staff are subjected to unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be given in such cases.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
The Client’s or their guests’ use or misuse of the photobooth
Property damage or personal injury occurring during the rental period
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
Venue-related issues, including insufficient power supply or setup access
Content or conduct captured during booth usage
This obligation shall survive the termination of services.
10. Copyright
All designs, overlays, templates, and booth content remain the property of Chrono Booth.
Clients may use photos for personal use but may not reproduce or sell them commercially without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
