  • Absolutely! The whole point is to create your very own unique experience :)

    We can create personalized photo templates tailored to your event’s theme, colors, and style. Just share your ideas or branding details with us via our form, and we’ll design a unique look that makes your event photos truly memorable.

  • We typically require about 45 to 60 minutes before your event starts to set up and test the photobooth. This setup time is included in your rental period, so you don’t have to worry about extra fees for setup. We’ll coordinate with your event schedule to make everything run smoothly!

  • Yes! You’re more than welcome to hand over your props on the day of your event. We will be coordinating with your person of contact to ensure we receive them at our spot. We provide options for you to solely choose our readily prepared themed props, your provided ones or both! It’s your special day!

    We also include 2 custom cutout props for our DSLM booths!

  • Yes! We have insurance of up to $2,000,000 and can provide for your venue.

  • Book your photo booth early! Popular dates can fill up quickly, so it's best to book yours as soon as possible. We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance, but we often book popular dates over a year out. If you know you want a photo booth, reach out to us right away to secure your date. We can do last-minute bookings if we have the resources, but we can't guarantee availability.

  • We understand that things come up and you may need more time to complete your event. However, we ask that all requests for additional time be made at least 72 hours in advance. We might not be able to accept extensions the day of the event. If you need longer photo booth session, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.
